우리 실험실의 교육 목표는 석/박사 학위 취득후 국내외 업체, 교직 및 공직에 취업을 준비하는 우수한 학생들에게 경쟁력을 갖추도록 잘 교육하여 좋은 미래를 맞을 수 있도록 발판을 마련해 주는 것입니다.

연구실 소개 Introduction of Our Lab

책임연구자는 차의과학대학 혈액종양내과 교수입니다. 연세대학교 의학과에서 박사를 취득하고 미국 국립보건원에서 박사후 연구과정을 마쳤습니다.

PI is a medical oncologist-scientist, who got PhD degree in Yonsei University Medical College. Then PI had postdoctoral training in the NIH, USA.

본 연구실은 국가지정 연구중심병원 랩으로 2016년부터 9년짜리 연구중심병원 국가과제인 "효능증대 융합형 면역세포치료 플랫폼 개발이라는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한 유방암, 난소암 및 전립선암 표적치료제의 내성기전 및 신약 개발에 중점을 둔 연구를 하고 있습니다.

Our lab is a Nationally designated 'Research-driven Hospital' lab. We are performing a project titled 'Development of anticancer cellular immunotherapy platform' under 9-year national grant since 2016. In addition, we focus on resistance mechanisms of targeted therapies and development of novel therapeutics in breast, ovary, and prostate cancer.

본교 대학원 소개 Introduction of Graduate School of CHA University

본교 대학원 학위과정은 판교 테크노밸리에 위치한 차바이오컴플렉스를 캠퍼스로 사용하며 최신식 연구시설과 동물연구시설을 갖추었습니다. 석사, 박사, 석박사 통합과정이 개설되어 있고, 의생명과학 연관 분야를 전공하신 50여명의 교수님들로 구성된 대규모 학위과정이며, 졸업시 이학석사(MS)/이학박사(PhD)가 수여됩니다.

CHA Bio Complex, located in the Pangyo Techno-Valley, is the main campus of our graduate school. CHA Bio Complex has the latest research facilities and animal facilities. There are MS, PhD, and combined MS/PhD courses in our graduate school. More than 50 professors who major in life science-related fields teach students

 

실험실 연구내용 Research Fields

 

Main research topics

-Developmeent of combinators to enhance immune checkpoint inhibitors
-Mechanisms of resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitor and development of overcoming strategies

-Mechanisms of resistance to PARP inhibitor and development of overcoming strategies

-Developmeent of ESR1 mutation inhibitor in breast cancer


Other research topics

-In vivo efficacy test of anticancer drugs using PDTX and humanized mice

-Discovery of novel cancer therapeutic target through omics technologies

 

Experimental techniques required

Cell culture, MTT, western blotting, mice experiments (xenografting, tumor size measurement, IP, IV, oral injection), FACS, RT-PCR, IHC/IF, siRNA transfection, sample preps for omics experiments, interpretation of omics results, etc.

 

경제적 지원 Financial Support

수업료 (100%)와 월급여; 월급여는 지원자가 어떤 실험 스킬을 가지고 있느냐에 달려있습니다.

Tuition fee (100%) plus monthly salary; The amount of salary depends on how experienced experimetal skills he/she has.
